Today I'm sporting one of my favorite looks to run around town in. It's simple, comfortable and effortless. Just a pair of blue jeans, a crisp white shirt that's been half tucked in, a linen blazer, and an old lucky hat I've owned since my freshman year in college. I think this might just be my happy outfit.
On another note, Husband and I are officially home owners! Thanks for all your encouragement while we anxiously waited! Happy Thursday! XO

I have a quick question: I always love the lighting in your photos, it makes you look radiant and glowing. I usually take my photos in the late afternoon when the sun is setting because I can't figure out how to take them in the day without the sun making me look washed out. When do you take your pictures? What is the best time of day to do this? Also, do you have any tips on where the sun should be in relation to either you or the camera (like behind you, pointing on you, etc). Please help! Your pictures are always so perfect and I want that dreamy, magical effect in my photos, too! <3
