Hello lovely Running on Happiness readers! I'm Alexandra and I'm the girl behind the Canadian fashion blog To Vogue or Bust. I was so excited when the beautiful and talented Katie asked me to guest post for her - such an honour! I especially love the travel-inspired theme. I recently came back from Maui, which is a very special place for my family and I - we go there often and it really suits our West Coast lifestyle. I actually moved to Toronto two days after our Maui trip so it was a particularly amazing way to spend quality time with the fam and get as much ocean-time as possible!

Instead of going for the obvious (ocean-inspired blues and greens), I thought I'd find inspiration from another one of my favourite things in Maui: the fruit! Mangoes, papayas, pineapples...basically all of my most-adored fruits are on the island (I did give a little nod to the ocean though in my bracelet and ring finger polish though!).
