Hello!..I'm Sophie from The Littlest Things. I'm so excited to be here, helping to hold the fort while Katie is on an incredible holiday around Europe! Katie asked me to share some tips or ideas when it comes to Traveling in Style. When I'm travelling, I usually wear the same sort of stuff when at home, but comfier. And since you can't take your whole wardrobe with you, you have to be a little smart/cut-throat when it comes to some of your items. I made a collage of some of the things I pack, and some of the things which I wear the most, when traveling to Europe in the summer:

MUST-HAVE'S FOR EUROPE

Mango Dress| Oasis Dress| Mango Dress| Warehouse Playsuit| - All items which you can throw on and wear during the day sightseeing, or during the night at a bar.

Zara Bag| - A holdall is an essential.

Gathering Eye Necklace| - A statement necklace to brighten up plain tees.

A.P.C Trench Coat| - For the summer rain.

Reiss Pants| - An easy and relaxed pair of pants are perfect for days checking out markets etc.

Zara Sunnies| Mara Hoffman Bikini| - Both clearly essential for a summer holiday in Europe.

Mango Maxi Skirt| - Such an easy addition to your suitcase.

J.Crew Bag| - For the days when you don't need to carry everything with you.

Converse sneakers| - The perfect strolling shoes for when it's not too hot.

Topshop Scarf| - A definite must-have for the days when checking out churches, to cover your shoulders.

J.Crew Tees| - So perfect for low-key sightseeing days.

H&M Denim Jacket| - The ultimate throw-it-on jacket in the summer.

ASOS Hat| - For glamorous beach days.

Nine West Flats| - Bright and cheerful comfortable shoes make me happy.

Sandro Shorts| - These are so nice with easy t-shirts and sandals.

Warehouse Midi Skirt| - A cute summery printed skirt suits cute little European cities just perfectly.

Lee Denim Shorts| - Can't live without them.

Cath Kidston Umbrella| - I would probably pack a more compacted one, but this one is just too cute to not include.

Cavallini Travel Journal| - For all those little cappuccino stops at adorable little European cafes.

Steve Madden Sandals| - Cool sandals with a little more support around the ankle to be able to combat all the coble stones without stacking it (which is what I always seem to do!)

A few of my summery European outfits (it seems that sometimes, I just forget about shoes altogether!):

Sidenote - I, as in Katie, have noticed, everyone wears Chuck Taylors in Paris.  High tops too. Good thing I brought mine!  Make sure to say hi to Sophie over at her blog!
